Devotional Reflection: Systemic vs Individual Evil

Often when Christians get involved in a discussion about justice, they break into two camps: those who focus on systemic evil and those who focus on individual evil. Is this an “either/or”? Could it be a “both/and”? There is a story from the life of Isaiah the prophet that may shed some light on these questions.
